Block City

Nolan is a block lover. I think it started out with being able to hold something in his hand. The little blocks are small enough for him to grasp without much effort. Recently, we purchased some foam blocks. No, he can not bite a piece off. Good thing because the majority of them go in his mouth :) A few nights ago, Brad and Nolan sat down to learn to build.


The new squat position cracks me up. He does not sit on the floor anymore...squatting apparently is the way to go!



Trying to stack, but not an expert yet.



He got a little distracted and thought he would taste one. He said it taste like wood. I told him most blocks do :)

The cutest "I DID IT FACE" ever!!!! Once Nolan stacked the block on top of the other he smiled the biggest smile you have ever seen, and then plopped out of the squat position. Apparent that is a pose that is hard to hold when you are full of excitement!!
